Amazing customer service at the front desk. Very polite and nice. Room is the same as all the other rooms. I just love hhow there's a desk and a kitchenette.

Marisol at the night desk works hard to make sure check-in and check out goes well. Very comfy bed. Kitchen stocked with things you are going to forget to bring. Security is present. Gym is a plus and free laundry machine is so very appreciated. Cost is normal for the area actually probably even a great value for what you get. Everything you are going to need is located nearby. Restaurants stores etc. Pets stay here, but no one's pet caused a problem at all.

A great location for visiting Dinsey, it was only a short drive away and so much cheaper than closer hotels. Staff were lovely, I didn't use the facilities but they looked like they were well looked after. The room was huge and came with a little stove top, a fridge and plates/cups

The rooms were clean and it is nice to have the washer option. I like being able to have the option to cook as well. There was no hand soap to wash my hands for the sink though.

The room shown on the website included a couch. The room we got had a desk chair and “recliner chair”. I am not able to sleep on a bed but need to sleep in an upward position. The recliner chair foot lifted to about half the distance it should have and there was no “recline” in the chair back. I was able to make do by sitting in the recliner chair and positioning my feet in the desk chair. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The kitchen sink was difficult to adjust to keep it from dripping.
